Cauda alæ æqualis, leviter rotundata, pennis obtusis, totis nigrofuscis; apice vix, margine parum pallescentibus. Ptilosis mollissima, lacera, grisescens, leviter fuscostriolata. Remigum 1 > ½ alæ; 3—6 subæqualibus." (Sundevall 1872).
