(Thamnophilidae; Ϯ Spot-breasted Antvireo D. stictothorax) Gr. δυω duō to plunge; θαμνος thamnos bush; "Gen. Dysithamnus n. gen. (δυω, hineinbegeben; θαμνος, Gebüsch). Die hierher gehörigen Arten sind bisher bald zu Thamnophilus, bald zu Myiothera oder Formicivora gestellt worden. Eine generische Absonderung scheint gerechtfertigt und ist schon von Swainson (Zool.
