(Campephagidae; † New Guinea Cicadabird E. melas) Genus Edolius Cuvier, 1816, drongo; Gr. σωμα sōma, σωματος sōmatos body; "GENRE EDOLISOME. — EDOLISOMA, Nob. Ce genre est établi d'après une espèce intermédiaire, par ses formes, entre les Ceblepyris et les Edolius. Le bec est assez large à la base, et se comprime de plus en plus en se rapprochant de la pointe. Mais les plumes du croupion sont épineuses comme dans les Graucalus, Ceblepyris et Lalage.
