VII, p. 986 (1875).  Hab. in regione ignota (Beccari)   ...   (³) Eudynamis parva, Salvad., propter staturam parvam et colorem plumarum valde notabilis, marchionis Tweeddalei (in litt.) quoque sententia, ad genus novum referenda est." (Salvadori 1878); "Microdynamis Salvadori, Ann. Mus. Civ. Genova, 13, 1878, p. 461. Type, by monotypy, Eudynamis parva Salvadori." (Peters 1940, IV, 36).
