[text] CHLOROSTILBON PRASINUS. Brazilian Emerald. ... The male has the upper and under surface yellowish green, with a golden lustre on the crown of the head and the sides of the neck; wings purplish brown; tail black, glossed with steel-blue; throat brilliant grass-green" (Gould 1853); "Chlorostilbon Gould, Monogr.
